Peel and wash the vegetables and cut them into pieces.

In the bottom of a pressure cooker, pour three tablespoons of oil, a knob of butter, the carrots, potatoes, leek, zucchini, and rediscover two pinches of salt.

After 10 minutes of simmering, add finely chopped onions, stir and cook for 5 more minutes.

Fill the pressure cooker with water until it exceeds the height of the vegetables, and turn up the heat to reach boiling point.
