Tagliatelles with mushrooms
We love this recipe for chicken and mushroom tagliatelles!

Clean and slice the mushrooms.

Peel and finely chop the shallots, garlic, and parsley. Cut the chicken breast into pieces of 5cm.

Melt the butter in a pan, sauté the chopped shallots, minced garlic, add the chicken pieces and brown them.

Add the chopped fresh basil, season with salt and pepper, cover and let cook for 25 minutes.

Add the mushrooms and chopped parsley, cook for 10 more minutes.

Cook the tagliatelles in a large pot of salted water, drain them, and coat them with butter.

Mix the pasta and chicken preparation in a bowl, pour this mixture into a baking dish that has been greased.

Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and shredded parmesan cheese.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
