Wash the figs, salad, tomatoes, and red bell pepper.

Cut the figs into 4 pieces lengthwise.

Arrange the pieces in a star shape on 2 small oven-proof plates.

Place 1 piece of goat cheese on each fig piece, and add one at the center (or place the cheese on bread toast).

Drizzle with oil and honey, season with salt, pepper, and herbs.

Place a slice of red bell pepper between each fig piece for decoration, then put them in the oven until the goat cheese melts.

Prepare the salad: In a bowl, mix the honey, vinegar, and oil, add a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.

In two large plates, arrange the salad, quartered tomatoes, red bell pepper slices, and crumbled bacon, leaving space for the warm small plates.
