Sift the flour and pour it into a mixing bowl.

Add the almond powder, icing sugar, and 1 pinch of salt.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks, and whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Place the butter in pieces in a saucepan and melt it over very low heat, being careful not to let it brown.

Using a wooden spoon, fold in the 4 egg whites into the flour, almond powder, and sugar mixture.

Then add the melted butter and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

Butter four 10 cm diameter molds, then pour the preparation into the molds three-quarters full.
