    Pry a greased tart pan by lining it and baking blind for 15 minutes.

    Poach the seeded and halved fruits in a light syrup made with sugar and water (2 to 3 minutes).

    Mix the sugar, whole egg, almonds, and melted butter.

    Remove the tart base from the oven, fill it with the prepared cream, then top with the fruits.

    Bake again for 20 minutes in a hot oven (200°C).
