    Preheat your oven to 180°C (Th. 6°)

    Peel the apples, cut them into cubes, and sauté them in a pan with butter and sugar on high heat

    Chop the nuts and add them with honey off the heat

    Roll out the pastry at the bottom of a tart tin, then using the scraps, cut strips of pastry

  5. 5

    Pour the filling into the tart tin, then decorate with the pastry strips

  6. 6

    Brush the pastry with an egg yolk

  7. 7

    Bake for 25 minutes.

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar
