Barbecue shrimp
For a special occasion, go all out and grill some lobster!

Cut the lobster in half lengthwise, remove the creamy parts into a bowl without the liquid

Brush the lobster with the heated oil and garlic for 2 minutes in a pan

Let it rest for 1/2 hour

Meanwhile, light up the barbecue

Heat the cream with the spices, cognac, white wine; add the creamy parts of the lobster, vigorously whisk with a whisk, add 5 tablespoons of salted butter, then chopped parsley before serving

The preparation of the cream takes about 1/4 hour and that's the time it takes for the lobster to cook; you must have good heat, when the shell of the lobster is well red, it's cooked

Start cooking with the flesh side down and serve with the sauce.
