Cut the zucchini into 5 mm slices lengthwise (keep the skin), season with salt, herbs de Provence, and add a drizzle of olive oil

Grill on the barbecue grill for about 5 minutes per side (depending on the height of the grill), remove when you start to see the black marks from the grill (before they become too dry)

Serve immediately with a bit of herbed and salted crème fraîche or eat them plain with grilled meat.
