    Wash the potatoes and cut them into quarters.

    Place some thyme branches at the bottom of a baking dish.

    Depose the beef rib on top and cover it with a few more thyme branches.

    Drizzle a little oil over the beef rib.

    Surround with the potatoes.

    Brush them with oil.

    Season and pepper.

    Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.

    Mix the butter with the chili and paprika.
