Chicken with Tarragon and Dried Tomatoes
An easy dish to prepare for a successful Christmas meal

Slice the chicken breasts and put them in a container with lemon juice, paprika, and garlic.

Chop the dill and mix well to soak the meat.

Let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Melt the butter in a pan and pour the entire marinade into it.

Cook for 10 minutes.

While waiting, cut the sun-dried tomatoes into pieces.

Using a slotted spoon, drain the chicken then set aside on a plate. Add the sour cream to the cooking juice.

Bring to a boil for 3 minutes while stirring.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Incorporate the chicken breasts and sun-dried tomatoes into the sauce.
