    Peel and grate the carrots.

    Peel the onion and chop it very finely.

    Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.

    Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces for 5 minutes.

    Add the chopped onion, grated carrots, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the tomato puree and simmer on low heat.

    Prepare the béchamel: melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour, cook for a few minutes without stopping to stir with a wooden spoon, pour in the milk gradually while stirring constantly to avoid lumps, then add the heavy cream and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Cook until you get a thick sauce.

    Boil water and salt in a large pot, bring to a boil, add the lasagna sheets and cook for 9 minutes, drain them.

    Layer a buttered gratin dish, successively, the lasagna sheets, béchamel sauce, and tomato sauce. Sprinkle with grated Gruyère cheese.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for 30 minutes.
