In a saucepan, melt the Kinder Maxi bars with milk and cream over low heat.

Remove from heat once the bars have melted.

In a mixing bowl, beat the egg yolks with sugar until pale.

Add the warm Kinder mixture to the egg yolk/sugar mixture.

Stir until you obtain a homogeneous mix.

Pour the preparation back into your saucepan and cook over low heat while stirring constantly.

You must remove the preparation from the heat once it has thickened, meaning when it coats or naps your spoon.

Place the preparation in an ice cream container and freeze for 6 hours. Remember to stir your ice cream at least every half hour to bind the ingredients together.

Take the ice cream out of the freezer at least 15 minutes before serving.
