    Put the egg whites in a bowl and whip them into foam over a water bath.

    Gradually add the granulated sugar to obtain a firm and glossy meringue, then remove from heat and let cool.

    Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and puree them in an electric mixer (reserve a few for decoration), then add the lemon juice.

    Whip the cream into whipped cream.

    Gently mix the strawberry purée, meringue, and whipped cream.

    Place the mixture in individual glasses, freeze for two hours, then decorate with some strawberries.
