Crush the cardamom pods into pieces

Place 3 tablespoons of hot water and then the cardamom in a mixing bowl and let it infuse for 20 min

Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks, crush the almonds and pistachios

Remove the cardamom from the mixing bowl, add all remaining ingredients and the stiff peaks of egg whites

Mix everything vigorously with a whisk for 3 minutes then fill the ice molds

Cool and freeze for at least 3 hours
