    Rinse the lamb meat well, cut it into equal 2 cm thick cubes.

    Mix in a bowl the oil, garlic, juice and zest of lemon, coconut milk, and add the lamb cubes.

    Stir well and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.

    Preheat the oven grill or barbecue.

    Thread the lamb cubes onto bamboo skewers that have been soaked in water.

  6. 6

    Grill them on both sides under the oven grill for about 5 minutes or on the barbecue for 10 minutes until they are well browned.

    Arrange the lamb cubes on a serving platter and serve them with the yogurt and mint mixture.
