Peel the zucchini, remove the strings from the green beans

Cook these vegetables in water or steam

Once cooked, let them drain in a colander

Cook the semolina (see instructions on the packet), salt it

Mash the vegetables roughly with a fork (not a blender) until you get a fairly coarse courgettes-green beans puree

Add the olive oil to this mixture, and incorporate everything, with the cooked semolina

Season with cumin according to taste

Don't hesitate (some also add cinnamon)
