    Chop the parsley and mint sprigs, and rinse them thoroughly under running water.

    Peel the cucumbers and cut them into small cubes, also cut the tomatoes into small cubes.

    Cut the bell peppers into thin slices as well as the onions.

    Slice the lettuce into strips about 3 cm wide.

    Toast the flatbread in the oven until it gets a golden color (watch closely as the galettes are thin), and cut them into pieces about 2 cm square.

    In a bowl, put all the ingredients and mix well.

    Season with vinegar, sumac, dried mint, salt, and finally oil.
