Add the zest of the grated lemon and 1 tablespoon of its juice, then the flour and baking powder.

Finally, stir in the melted butter without stopping.5. Fill the molds with the batter and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the Madeleines are puffed and golden.6. Remove the baking sheets from the oven and unmold the Madeleines.
