Cut the mango slices into strips and cubes.

Grease and line a flan mold with parchment paper and place the mango strips and cubes at the bottom of the mold.

Melt the butter in a saucepan.

Mix the eggs and icing sugar in an electric mixer until the mixture whitens and becomes frothy.

Add the melted butter and syrup, mix well, incorporate the sifted flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.

Work the whole mixture until it becomes homogeneous and firm.
