Cut the peppers, onions, escalopes into slices and finely chop the garlic

Mix the escalopes, peppers, onions in a dish adding paprika, salt, pepper

Pour the 10 cl of olive oil, herbes de Provence, and squeezed lemon and mix before covering with aluminum foil and let marinate for at least 3 hours

Heat up the plancha then pour the mixture on top, cook for 4 to 5 minutes, turning the escalope pieces regularly

Serve hot in a plate or bowl with rice
