Place 6 shrimp in a dish and pour the juice of 2 squeezed lemons, 1 teaspoon of fleur de sel, chili powder, and 10 small dried red peppers

Add the other 6 shrimp on top and drizzle with olive oil, then cover with plastic wrap and put the dish in the fridge for 4 hours

Pour 1L of freshly squeezed orange juice into a saucepan and reduce by two-thirds before removing from heat

Add a tablespoon of soy sauce, brown sugar, and raspberry vinegar and return the saucepan to heat for 5 minutes

Place the sauce in a bowl in the fridge

When the shrimp marinade is ready, turn on the grill and cook the shrimp over high heat for 2 minutes, turning regularly

Place 3 shrimp per plate, then pour the orange sauce on top, and serve with basmati rice
