Mustard tuna tart with tomatoes and leeks
With tuna, tomatoes, and leeks to make a tart for your family.

Bake the puff pastry for 10 minutes at a hot oven (200°C).

Meanwhile, precuire the chopped leek whites in a bowl with a little water (and some salt) in the microwave for about 10 minutes.

Drain the tuna and the can of crushed tomatoes to prevent the pastry from becoming soggy.

Mix the Boursin or cream cheese with the tuna crumbs.

Remove the tart dough from the oven, brush it with mustard.

Spread the tuna on the base.

Place the tomatoes over the tuna, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with parmesan (add basil if you like).

Arrange the leeks over the tomatoes, season with pepper.

Cover with shredded gruyère and bake for about 40 minutes in a hot oven at 200°C.
