Preheat the oven to 230°C.

In a pan, heat the oil.

Place the cutlets between two sheets of plastic wrap and flatten using a rolling pin or a meat mallet.

In a bowl, add salt and pepper to the flour.

Set aside.

In another bowl, mix the egg and cream with a fork.

Set aside.

In a plate, pour the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.

Dust each cutlet with flour, then dip in the egg and cream mixture.

Shake off any excess.

Coat the cutlets with breadcrumbs and cheese by pressing firmly with your palm.

Fry the cutlets in oil for 30 seconds on each side and drain on paper towels.

Place in a large baking dish or on a baking sheet (lined with aluminum foil).

Cover each cutlet with tomato sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
