      Chill the Nutella by placing it in the refrigerator.

      Beat together the flour, sugar, and eggs.

    Activate the yeast in the milk, then add this mixture to the preparation.

    If the dough is too sticky, add more flour.

      Let the dough rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.

    Once rested, shape the dough into balls.

      Place a teaspoon of Nutella in the center of each ball and then seal them.

      Cover the donuts with a clean cloth so they can rise.

    The donuts should double in size.

      Heat your fryer to 170°c. Fry the donuts until cooked.

    Check that the inside is cooked through.

      Dust with powdered sugar.
