Pepper tart and pesto

Cook the sliced onions and hollowed bell peppers in a non-stick pan with a little olive oil.

Cover and cook for about 30 minutes on low heat.

If the vegetables are browning, add a bit of water.

Season and add Provence herbs.

Set aside.

Place the puff pastry in a tart dish.

Poke the bottom of the tart with a fork and brush with olive oil.

Around the edges, use the back of the fork to create a decorative border.

Place the pepper filling on the bottom of the tart, leaving about 1 cm around the edges so that the pastry rises during baking.
