Roll out the pastry on a buttered tart dish.

Remove the skin and bones from the salmon and cut it into small pieces.

Place them on the tart base.

Meanwhile, clean and chop the mushrooms and sauté them in butter (5 to 6 minutes), let cool.

Beat the whole eggs with the cream cheese, add the mushrooms, season, pour over the tart base and bake for 40 minutes in a hot oven (200°C).

Serve warm with some shrimp bouquet as desired.
