    Peel the chayotes, cut into pieces, remove the seeds, and slice thinly. Slice the mushrooms finely. Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a heated pan, then add the bacon, mushrooms, chayote, and some rosemary branches and cook for 20 minutes on low heat. Once the mushroom water has evaporated, add your minced garlic and a little salt, stir, and continue cooking for 5 more minutes, stirring regularly.
