    Rinse the chicken well, coat it with vinegar water.

    Remove the pits from the dates, cut them into small cubes.

    Boil water with salt, add the rice, cook until it is cooked, drain it.

    Mix in a bowl the cooked rice with the dates, cinnamon, saffron, pepper, parsley, onion, almonds, and salted butter.

    Place the chicken in a baking dish, brush it with oil and stuff it with the rice and date mixture, bake for about 1 hour.
