    Mix the eggs and sugar.

    Heat the heavy cream to a boil.

    Remove from heat. Pour it over the egg and sugar mixture, then beat well.

    Cook on low heat, then let it cool by stirring occasionally.

    Once the mixture is cold (after 4 hours in the refrigerator), add the yoghurts and mix.

    Pour the preparation into the bowl previously stored in the freezer for 12 hours and place this in the sorbet machine.

    Set up the mixer and lid.

    Whip until the ice cream becomes creamy and soft but especially not grainy.

    Store the ice cream in the freezer and enjoy within an hour.
