    In a clay pot, place a layer of potato, then a layer of the marinated onions, then a layer of meat, then a layer of potato and onions

    Pour white wine until halfway up the terrine, and add the remaining marinade and vegetables

    Close the terrine with a lid then seal with dough (mixture of flour and water) and cook for at least 3 hours
