Cod steaks and its vegetables (Thermomix)
A greedy and balanced recipe that will serve as a main dish for small or big occasions!

Add the water and cube to the mixing bowl of the Thermomix.

Place the rice in the basket and rinse it under water, then insert it into the mixing bowl.

Close with the lid.

Peel, wash, and chop zucchini and bell pepper and put them in the Varoma tray.

Season with salt, pepper, and turmeric.

Place it above the mixing bowl.

Wash and cut the slices of cod loin.

Season with salt, pepper, and turmeric.

At the bottom of the Varoma plate, place a sheet of baking paper to prevent the fish juice from dripping on your vegetables.

Place the fish in the tray and close it.

Cook for 25 minutes, Speed 1, Varoma function.

When cooking is done, keep everything warm.

Reserve some cooking liquid in the mixing bowl, add cornstarch, sour cream, and mustard.

Blend for 3 minutes, 90°C, speed 1.

Serve the sauce separately.
