How to prepare Chocolate Soufflé?

    Melt the chocolate in pieces with ½ cup of water in a saucepan over medium heat.

    Break the eggs by separating the whites from the yolks, then mix the yolks with the melted chocolate.

    Add the vanilla sugar and chestnut cream.

    Mix the Maizena with 60 grams of sugar and add to the chocolate mixture.

    Whip the egg whites using an electric mixer by gradually adding 50 grams of sugar.

    Then gently fold the whipped egg whites into the preparation using a wooden spatula.
