Melt the chocolate broken into pieces with ½ cup of water in a saucepan over medium heat.

Stir until the mixture is well combined after adding the 100 grams of butter.

Crack the eggs, separating the whites and yolks.

Mix the yolks with the sugar to obtain a pale yellow mixture.

Then add this to the chocolate mixture, gradually incorporating the flour mixed with the baking powder.

Grind the walnut kernels before adding them to the batter.

Whip the egg whites into a snowy foam using an electric mixer and gently fold in delicately, always stirring in the same direction with a wooden spatula.

Pour the mixture into a buttered mold and bake at middle height.

Bake for 30 minutes at 160°C, preheated oven.
