    Pour into a saucepan your milk, 100 gr of sugar, the cinnamon, lemon zest and a small teaspoon of salt. Once the mixture boils, add the vermicelli and boil for another 10 minutes. In a saucepan or pot, melt the chocolate using a double boiler. Remove the milk pan from heat and add the butter and beaten egg yolks, then put it back on the stove. Once the chocolate is melted, add it to the milk pan and let it reduce for 5 more minutes. Pour the contents into several small dishes and let cool in the fridge. Serve cold, sprinkled with a little cocoa powder.
