Cut one of the two cakes as follows: Take a plate.

Place it on top of the cake and cut around the edge of the plate.

Do the same with the opposite side. Be careful not to cut too much of the cake; the central part will be used for the bow tie.

Whip together the cream cheese and mascarpone until you get a light glaze.

Add the powdered sugar and vanilla while continuing to beat.

Finish by adding the heavy cream in small amounts until you get a fluffy mixture.

Reserve some of the glaze in a separate container and form the rabbit: Use the two cut pieces for the ears, the whole cake for the head, and finally, the bow tie.

Spread most of the glaze over the cakes.

Mix the reserved glaze with a few drops of red food coloring to give it a pink color.
