Peel and cut the pumpkin flesh into small pieces. Cook in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain the pumpkin and sautΓ© it with butter for 3 minutes. In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and beat them while incorporating 110 gr of sugar, then 250 gr of flour, 10 gr of baking powder, 125 gr of melted butter, and the pumpkin. Once the mixture is well homogeneous, pour into your madeleine molds, not exceeding 3/4 as the madeleines will expand. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 190Β°C then let cool.
