Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and water for a few minutes.

In a mixing bowl, mix the flour by adding one at a time the whole eggs.

Add the dissolved yeast and knead.

Let rest for approximately 30 minutes.

Incorporate the egg yolks, butter in small pieces, and brown sugar.

Knead the dough thoroughly.

Allow to rest again for 2 hours. Add the candied fruits and raisins and knead.

Grease a mold with a tall shape preferably.

Place the dough in the mold.

Brush the top of the panettone with melted butter.
