Peel and cut the garlic cloves into large chunks, finely chop the onions, carrots, and potatoes, and slice the zucchini. Place your pork tenderloin in a dish and make slits where you insert the garlic pieces, add the vegetables, and cover with a drizzle of olive oil. Bake in the oven for 90 minutes, turning the pork tenderloin regularly and checking its doneness. Once the meat is grilled and the vegetables are meltingly soft, take them out of the oven and slice the tenderloin into pieces. In a blender, add the hazelnuts and 4 tablespoons of sour cream and mix. Serve the plates by placing the slices on one side, and the vegetables on the other, then drizzle the meat with hazelnut sauce.
