      Cook the rice in a pot of salted boiling water for 10 minutes.

      Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the onion and mince the garlic clove.

      In a hot pan, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in a drizzle of olive oil.

      Add the ground meat and cook for 10 minutes.

      Cut off the tops of the tomatoes.

      Scoop out the insides of the tomatoes with a soup spoon.

      Chop into small pieces the tomato flesh previously removed.

      Mix the rice and tomato flesh with the meat, stir and simmer for 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.

      Fill each tomato with the mixture and replace the top of the tomato.

      Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C, adding a little water to the bottom of your dish.
