Indian-style chicken skewers
How about some Indian-style chicken skewers for your next barbecue?

Cut the chicken breasts into pieces.

Mix the yogurt with the spices.

Place the chicken in a shallow dish with the yogurt/spice mixture.

Mix well, cover, and refrigerate for 3 hours.

Drain the chicken and skewer the pieces alternately with some slices of onions.

Season.

Grill for 10 to 12 minutes on a barbecue or in the oven at 200°C (Th. 6-7).

In the meantime, peel and finely chop 2 onions.

Sauté them for 2 to 3 minutes in the oil and blend with the yogurt/spice mixture.

Warm gently without bringing to a boil.

Season with salt and pepper, then add a dash of lemon juice.

Serve the kebabs immediately with the sauce as a side.
