Leeks and Salmon Lasagna

Slice the leek whites and fry them for a long time in butter until they turn golden.

Meanwhile, microwave the salmon fillets for less than a minute to easily crumble them.

Butter a baking dish and place a layer of lasagna, then top with all the smoked salmon and another layer of lasagna.

Stop cooking the leeks and arrange them on the last layer of lasagna, then cover with more lasagna.

Cover the lasagna layer with the crumbled salmon, pour over béchamel sauce and a final layer of lasagna.

On the top layer of lasagna, pour the remaining béchamel sauce, sprinkle with grated gruyère and bake for 30 minutes in an oven at medium/hot heat (thermostat 6/7).
