Add the whole endives to the pan;

Pour about 10 cl of water, and cook over medium heat, making sure that the endives do not brown (add a little water regularly and turn them).

When the endives are cooked, approximately 20 minutes later (they should squash under the back of a spoon), remove the rind from the camembert, cut it into large pieces and add it on top of the endives. Let the camembert melt over low heat.
