Rhubarb-stuffed duck
For a special occasion, prepare this stuffed duck. Your guests will adore it!

Service: the poultry should be well browned. Take it out of the oven, remove the stuffing, place it on a serving dish (it must rest for at least 5 minutes before being served).

Coarsely chop the remaining cilantro.

Empty all the fat from the frying pan, place it on high heat (or a maximum power grill), and add half a glass of water or beer. Use a wooden spatula to scrape.

Once the juices have released, add the rest of the stuffing and mix quickly. Remove from heat.

Arrange the plates by placing a piece of Duck in the center with the mixed stuffing with fresh cilantro.
