Seafood and Potato Gratin

Peel the potatoes, slice them, cook them in a pot of salted water for 20 minutes, drain them.

Wash and scrub the mussels and scallops, put them in a pot of water, let them cook until they open, remove them.

Melt the butter in a pan, sauté the chopped shallots. Add the wine and flour and stir quickly, add the mussels, langoustines, shrimp, scallops, gradually add the mussel juice, adjust the seasoning, let it cook for a few minutes.

Arrange in an ovenproof dish by alternating layers of potatoes and seafood, sprinkle with grated Gruyère cheese.

Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 25 minutes.

Serve immediately.
