    Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, place the salmon fillet skin-side down in the pan and cook for about 5 minutes.

    Turn off the heat, turn over the salmon fillet and cover the pan.

    Let it cool.

    Cut the smoked salmon slices into thin strips and put them in a bowl.

    Add the chopped parsley.

    Remove the salmon fillets from the pan, remove the skin and flake it with a fork.

    Combine the two types of salmon, add the cream and lemon juice, season to taste and garnish with crushed pink peppercorns.

    Put the pâtés in individual small terrines and decorate with smoked salmon eggs and sprinkle with parsley.
