Fry the chicken previously cut into very small cubes with a garlic clove and salt.

Place on the cake at the bottom of the circle, the lettuce leaf, a pinch of carrots, a tablespoon of drained and cut noodles, some cooked chicken pieces, and a spoon of honey and spice sauce, a mint leaf.

Fold the two side edges and the lower edge over the filling and roll without pressing too much, tighten at the end of the filling, like a cigarette making the edges stick together.
