Cannelloni (Thermomix)

First, prepare the lasagna sheets by boiling them in salted water for about 5 minutes.

Drain them and place them over cold water.

Set aside.

Chop the onion and the garlic clove and put them into the Thermomix at speed 5 for 5 seconds.

Add one tablespoon of oil, and let them cook in the Thermomix for 5 minutes at 100°C on the "stew" setting.

Add the rest of the recipe ingredients except the tomatoes and continue to stew at speed 2 for 5 minutes at 100°C. Once cooking is finished, add 250 g of tomatoes and a tablespoon of concentrate, cook for 3 minutes at speed 3 at the same temperature.

Then fill the cannelloni with this mixture, using a tablespoon to put it on the lasagna sheets at the bottom.

Place the cannelloni into a baking dish, cover with béchamel and sprinkle with shredded emmental cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
