    Translation:   Preparation of the Tortilla Cut the onions in half and put them into the mixing bowl of the Thermomix, mix 6 seconds / speed 2.

    Add water and oil, simmer for 5 minutes / temperature varoma / stewing option. Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces.

    Add the diced potatoes to the mixing bowl of the Thermomix and cook for 12 minutes / temperature varoma / speed 2.

    While the potatoes are cooking, beat the eggs to make an omelette. At the end of cooking, pour in the beaten eggs..

    Add salt and pepper to taste to the mixture and mix 15 seconds / speed 2.

    Cooking Pour the mixture into a greased pan and cook over low heat. When the tortilla seems cooked and golden, flip it.

    You can use another dish or plate for this. Cook for 4/5 minutes, until the tortilla becomes firm on both sides. You can add fresh herbs or bacon to your tortilla.
