Chicken breasts with orange and lemon

Fry the chicken breasts quickly in an oiled pot.

Squeeze the oranges, keeping the zest of one blood orange, one regular orange, and some slices.

Meanwhile, reduce the broth and vegetables, then add the juices, zests, slices, and garlic in a pouch.

Add the chicken and cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes until the chicken is tender and the vegetables are caramelized.
