    Prepare the endives by removing the bitter parts and cutting them into small pieces (as you would for a salad).

    Fry the sliced chicken fillets in a pan with a little butter.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    When they are fried on both sides, remove the chicken and plunge the chicory into the chicken cooking juice.

    Add finely chopped garlic and place the chicken fillets back over the chicory.
